This is a 60-minute, 3-training session-a-week plan for those who want to improve their health and fitness while taking advantage of the expertise, guidance, supervision, and motivation I provide every step of the way.
Included with all training packages is a full body assessment. This is where we will sit down together to get to know one another as well as map out our plan for your individual goals. Following this I will take you through the physical assessment to help determine the health of your functional movements as well as flexibility and strength. The assessment is one of the most important aspects of everyone's fitness journey as it will uncover individual needs previously unknown to a basic trainer or training program. The assessment is something I pride myself on to help each and every individual reach the highest level of fitness possible.
